The Conception of thecupdock:

 

A need arose, there must be a better way; how can I build a better mouse trap.

The conception of thecupdock materialized while setting in my Recliner in my man cave. My focus was on relaxing and unwinding and having a soothing cup of tea while watching my favorite television program.

An accident came about when I placed my teacup on the cup holder in the Reclining Chair. The teacup tilted and tea spilled into the power buttons that operated the chair’s forward and backward movement. The result was dreadful, the electrical system was shorted out and the chair was stuck in the last assigned position. Most regrettable about the accident was the wait time for an appointment and the cost for repairing the electrical system.

From this experience arose the need to build a better mouse trap, thecupdock.
